Cambridge Economic Research has conducted on-location real estate market analysis of economic, fiscal, and policy trends affecting global real estate investment markets in 200 locations in 60 countries spanning six continents. This work was commissioned by a number of multi-national companies headquartered throughout the world. CER has developed forecasts of future performance of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate markets based on analysis of current and expected future trends. Project locations encompass South America, Central America, Canada, the Caribbean, China, the Pacific Rim, the Indian Subcontinent, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
